Can be set for hands-free full-duplex (normal mode) or half-duplex push-to-transmit, which is always listening but push to talk. Running some or all beltpacks in half-duplex allows literally any qty of beltpacks to be used with a single BTR700 base station. Operates on 6 x AA batteries (not included) for 12-14 hours of operation, or optional NiMH battery pack. | |
