CHIAYO Lectern Pro

Professional Presentations Made Simple

Sometimes all you need is a clear voice, a professional appearance, and equipment that simply works.

The CHIAYO Lectern Pro has been designed for people who need a complete presentation solution without the hassle of assembling speakers, amplifiers, mixers, cables and power leads. Whether you're conducting a school assembly, delivering a boardroom presentation, hosting a conference, leading a church service, running an exhibition stand, or speaking at a funeral or memorial service, the Lectern Pro provides everything you need in one elegant, portable package.

From the moment you arrive, setup is effortless. Simply position the lectern, switch it on, and you're ready to present. With its built-in battery power, there is no need to worry about finding a nearby power outlet, running extension leads, or encountering electrical noise and interference issues that can sometimes occur in unfamiliar venues.

Having spent many years in the sound hire industry, there were countless occasions where a product like this would have been invaluable. We've all experienced arriving at a venue only to discover the nearest power point is too far away, already in use, faulty, or introducing unwanted hum into the audio system. The CHIAYO Lectern Pro eliminates those concerns entirely.

Mounted on convenient lockable wheels, the lectern can be easily moved and repositioned by one person, making it ideal for multipurpose venues where room layouts frequently change.

Everything Built In

The Lectern Pro combines a professional lectern with a powerful 250-watt sound system featuring four 5-inch low-frequency speakers and a high-frequency driver, delivering excellent speech intelligibility and impressive musical performance.

Included as standard are:

• Two professional telescopic gooseneck microphones
• LED reading lamp for notes and documents
• Built-in Bluetooth audio streaming
• XLR and line-level audio inputs
• Balanced XLR Active Out for system expansion
• Long-life LiFePO4 battery operation
• Integrated loudspeaker system

The dual gooseneck microphones provide excellent coverage and flexibility, allowing presenters to maintain a comfortable position while ensuring their voice remains clear and natural.

The integrated LED reading lamp is particularly useful in conference rooms, churches, theatres and function spaces where lighting can vary throughout an event.

Bluetooth Audio at Your Fingertips

Need background music before guests arrive? Want to play a pre-recorded message, introduction or event soundtrack?

Simply pair your phone or tablet via Bluetooth and begin streaming. It's an ideal solution for conferences, award presentations, wedding receptions, school ceremonies, exhibitions and memorial services where professional audio presentation matters.

Expand When You Need To

While the Lectern Pro will comfortably cover many rooms and venues on its own, some applications may require additional sound reinforcement.

The built-in Active Out connection allows the Lectern Pro to connect directly to most professional PA systems, powered speakers or existing venue sound systems. This means you can use it as a compact standalone solution for smaller venues or integrate it into larger installations when additional coverage is required.

For schools, sporting events, assembly halls and larger venues, the optional wireless link transmitter can connect to compatible CHIAYO portable PA systems, extending coverage without the need for additional cabling.

Wireless Freedom

The system can accommodate up to two optional wireless microphone receiver modules, allowing the use of handheld or headset microphones. These can be fitted from the outset or added later as your requirements evolve.

This flexibility makes the Lectern Pro an excellent choice for:

• Schools and educational facilities
• Funeral homes and celebrants
• Churches and places of worship
• Conference and training facilities
• Corporate boardrooms
• Community organisations
• Government departments
• Sporting clubs and associations
• Exhibition and event venues

Long Battery Life

Powered by dual LiFePO4 lithium batteries, the Lectern Pro delivers up to:

• 15 hours of speech operation
• 13 hours of music playback

This all-day performance provides confidence and reliability for conferences, ceremonies, assemblies and events where uninterrupted operation is essential.

A Practical Solution That Covers Most Applications

What we particularly like about the CHIAYO Lectern Pro is its ability to solve a wide range of presentation and public-address requirements with a single piece of equipment.

It looks professional, sounds impressive, is easy to operate and eliminates much of the complexity that traditionally comes with setting up a sound system. For many organisations, it can be the difference between spending time managing equipment and simply focusing on delivering the message.

That said, whilst the Lectern Pro is an exceptionally capable all-rounder, no single product is the perfect fit for every application. Audience size, room acoustics, indoor or outdoor use, background noise levels and venue layout can all influence the most suitable solution.

To help ensure you receive the best outcome, we encourage you to tell us a little about your intended application when requesting a quotation. A few photos of the venue, an estimate of audience numbers and details of any existing equipment you currently use can be extremely helpful.

Perhaps you're replacing an ageing lectern system, connecting into an existing house PA, covering multiple rooms, or looking for a solution that can be used both indoors and outdoors. The more information we have, the better we can advise.

Our goal isn't just to supply equipment. We genuinely want to ensure your investment makes life easier, delivers the coverage you need, and continues to perform reliably for years to come.

If you're unsure whether the CHIAYO Lectern Pro is the right fit, simply send us a few photos and a brief description of your requirements. We're always happy to help point you in the right direction, even if that means recommending a different solution.
