iLive-T Series Digital Mixing
Mon, 19 Jan 2009
Packing the same power and performance as the flagship iLive, Allen & Heath have bulldozed several pricing conventions to bring genuine high performance digital concert mixing to real world, real people budgets.

Whereas the iLive offers the flexibility of an expandable, reconfigurable card and frame architecture the iLive T Series makes dramatic pricing economies by offering a limited number of fixed configurations. There are no compromises in the processing power which remains unchanged with 64 channels, 32 mixes, plus 8 stereo FX processors.
The standard packages comprise two control surface options and two MixRack stage box options. The control surfaces feature the iLive fader strip layout with colour assignable channel ID strips and four layers per bank so that the 20-fader T80 surface can control up to 80 channel strips and the 28 fader T112 up to 112. At the top of the surface is a large, instant access, ‘super-channel’ processing section with familiar analogue style controls. A built-in touch screen provides an additional graphical view of the processing and access to the memories and system configuration.
At the other end of up to 120 meters of CAT5 cable are two MixRack options, the iDR-32 provides 32 mic/line ins and 16 outs in a 4U frame, while the 6U iDR-48 provides 48 mic/line ins and 24 outs. The surfaces can add a further 8in/8out (T80) or 16in/12out (T112), so when combined the configurations expand to a potential 40in/24out and 64in/36out.
Laptops, touch tablets, MIDI devices and Allen & Heaths PL Series wall panels can all control the T Series and all its settings can be transferred using USB. Brochure 3.8Mb. pdf
