ARCHITECT'S & ENGINEER'S SPECIFICATION DN-T625The DN-T625 combination CD player and cassette recorder/player shall be housed in a single 3RU rack-mount chassis. The unit shall allow recording directly from CD to cassette and provide external recording inputs into the cassette. The unit shall provide a user adjustable preset menu. The cassette unit shall feature Dolby B and C noise reduction. ±12% pitch control shall be provided on both the CD and cassette deck. All analog inputs and outputs will offer XLR balanced and RCA unbalanced connectors. An XLR mono output switch shall be provided. The CD player shall offer A-B Repeat mode, Single/ Continuous Playback mode and a Back Cue function. A Rotary Track Select Knob with 1x/10x control shall be provided. The unit shall read CD text. The digital servo shall feature an automated adjustment. The Denon DN-T625 unit shall feature an 11-key keypad for direct track entry, and shall feature a headphone jack with separate volume control. The unit shall feature separate displays for the CD and cassette sections, and shall provide CD frame indication for precision cueing/editing. The unit shall be provided with an external remote control port, mounted on the rear panel, that is compatible with the optional Denon RC-620 wired remote control unit. The unit shall provide a 9 pin RS-232C port. The unit shall provide cascade and sync ports for use with other DN-T625 units. The combination CD player and cassette recorder/player shall be the Denon DN-T625.
